The young crooner will be seen anchoring a new reality show, Amul Voice of India Mummy Ke Supersatrs, on Star Plus. The new singing reality show will have children between the age group from 10 to 16 years, accompanied by their mothers all through the show.
Akriti is quite gung-ho about anchoring this new show and shares, “I especially took it up because the format of the show is quite unusual. Normally reality shows doesn’t show family members on the forefront, but here the mothers are always there with the child. A strong emotional bond shared between a child and a mother is what makes the show really stand out. I am also very close to my mother therefore I feel a certain connect with the show. Her latest melodious chartbuster Mohabbat Aapse from Aa Dekhe Zara is currently the most popular love song to have hit the charts.”
